We are currently seeking a Regional Administrator for administrative support to the Commercial Director and Regional Directors.
In the role, some of your key responsibilities will include:
– Management of your Commercial and Regional Directors diaries.
– Preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation.
– Supporting the Commercial Director and Regional Directors in the preparation of meetings, taking minutes as required, including but not limited to regional meetings.
-Booking travel and hotel accommodation for your Commercial Director and Regional Directors.
-Assisting the Commercial and Regional Directors in tracking and responding to customer complaints.
-Providing support to other Directors in the Division as appropriate, to help deliver the Divisions clinical, commercial and operational targets.
-Coordinating the production and dissemination of regional communications – newsletters, bulletins, etc.
To be successful in the role, you will be able to demonstrate the following knowledge/skills/qualifications and attributes:
-Proven experience supporting senior staff in an administrative capacity.
-Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills with strong word processing skills (60+ wpm).
-A high level of organisation & time management skills, particularly in an environment with multiple, and sometimes conflicting priorities.
-Proven experience creating professional presentations and reports.
The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
-A passion for supporting others and providing administrative excellence.
